It`s almost that time of year again - we are experiencing a lot of enquiries about Christmas parties over the festive period and would love to host your event! 🎁🎁 Christmas party menus are available from our instagram page including curry buffets or a set menu. Our favourite veggie dish this week - Debbie`s soy braised mushroom, aubergine and tofu. Served with steamed rice. The key to cooking aubergines: don`t be scared to use plenty of oil - aubergines soak it up like a sponge and it gives the veggies a glorious silky texture. Delish!!
